Carbon composite based NON-CERAMIC FOAM FILTERS.

Working temperature up to 1100 ºC.

Most suitable for the filtration of molten aluminium and its alloys and part of molten copper and its alloys.

Thanks to ALUFFIL CC filters contain no abrasive nor ceramic compounds, the user has more freedom when placing and applying the filter, even very close of the cast surface, because the filter can be removed by cut and the cast can be mechanized without tool break risk.

With low density (aproximately 60% of the ceramic foam filters), ALUFFIL CC filters float on molten aluminium when remelted and can be easily removed.
