APCTech, Advanced Precision Casting Technologies

APCTech is the methodology developed by ARROSI Engineering where 4 disciplines (Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Materials Engineering & Chemistry) come together to define, design and manufacture under the highest quality requirements. All of them collaborate closely with each other forming a puzzle that fits perfectly.


Metallurgical Engineering

In close relationship with the customer and his experiences, metallurgical engineering is applied to establish the requirements and functional characteristics of the product to be developed based on the result to be obtained in the foundry application.


Mechanical Engineering

Defines and designs the machines, molds and tools needed for the initial prototype, as well as for its mass production.


Electrical-electronic engineering

Defines and designs the electrical / electronic project for the correct operation of the machinery needed in the manufacture.


Materials Engineering & Chemistry

Defines the materials and their respective rate to form the composition to be used in the manufacture of the final product.
