APCTech IS and ISH Insert Sleeves
The APCTech
insert sleeves
are low density sleeves of MEDIUM PERFORMANCE (IS model) and HIGH PERFORMANCE (ISH model) due to the greater thickness of the ISH model walls compared to the IS model. Its optimum exothermic-insulating formulation gives the ISH an exothermic module higher than the IS'.
High performance to feed castings in iron, steel and all the alloys of these metals, molded in sand and other systems. The IS and ISH insert sleeves provide healthy parts, without porosity and without reaction of the metal with the sleeve.

- Blower/Shooter
- Sand blasting
- Blown by explosion or impact.
Molten metal:
- Steel (carbon, high and low alloy, stainless, Hadfield)
- Iron (Malleable, Nodular, Gray, high and low alloy)
Available with sand and metal retractable breaker cores.
